Butterflies have become an extremely popular wedding theme in recent years. Butterflies are both beautiful and elegant and a butterfly theme is ideal for adding that dreamy, romantic feel to your day. You can incorporate butterflies throughout your wedding starting with your wedding invitations right through to your ceremony and reception. Many companies offer live butterflies for release as the bride and groom leave the church.

The handmade butterfly wedding invitation is a simple yet stunning design. A handmade paper Monarch butterlfy is mounted onto the wedding invitation and then a second paper butterfly is carefully mounted onto the middle of the first thus giving a 3d effect. Glitter dust is used for the butterflies antennae. The butterfly wedding invite is then finished off with a 6mm satin ribbon decorated with three diamante. Butterflies are handmade by myself and can be made in any colour to suit your wedding colour scheme.

This butterfly wedding invitation can be personalised with the bridal couples names and wedding date if required. These are printed below the ribbon.

A beautiful gatefold wedding invitation decorated with white pearlescent Monarch butterflies and pearls. This invite is made from quality 290gsm card which is available in a wide range of colours and textures including metallic and pearlescent. Butterflies and pearls are also available in many colours. This butterly wedding invitation can easily be adapted to suit any wedding colour scheme.
