Bespoke Handmade Wedding Favours
Wedding favour boxes are the perfect way to say "Thank You" to your guests for coming to your wedding and sharing your special day and also provide your guests with an excellent memento of your wedding day.
The centuries-old tradition of wedding favours originates from Italy, where five sugared almonds would be gifted to each guest. Five is significant because it cannot be divided and also symbolises wealth, health, fertility, long life and happiness. Today in the UK, the wedding favour has taken on a life of its own, with most couples seeking to produce an individual and personal take to the original custom.
Wedding favours are subject to huge variations in cost. Although most brides want original wedding favours, it is important that the cost fits in with the overall wedding budget. I have created a range of high quality and affordable wedding favours which are listed below, some of which can be personalised with the bridal couples names and date of the wedding and all of which can be coordinated with the wedding theme or colour scheme.

Handmade Wedding Favour Boxes
Wedding favour boxes are available in several designs: heart, handbag, astucci case, hexagonal, and square box with separate lid. The favour boxes are decorated to co-ordinate with your choice of wedding stationery and can be supplied either in a DIY kit with or assembled and decorated. Should you require the wedding favour boxes filling then please contact me as I do not keep the favour fillings in stock. The two most popular wedding favour fillings that I supply are
sugared almonds and
chocolate heart shaped dragees (heart shaped milk chocolate pieces covered in a thin crisp sugar coated shell) both of which are available in a wide variety of
colours to match your wedding colour scheme. Either five sugared almonds or five heart dragees (to symbolise wealth, health, fertility, long life and happiness) are supplied with each wedding favour box. If you require a different filling then please contact me and I will try to source and price it for you.
